For our people and customers, we’re passionate about delivering an unrivalled coffee education program. We recognise the starring role of the barista in delivering a great café experience and have worked closely to develop the Grinders Coffee Academy into an industry-leading training program.
In 2019 our target will be delivering training to our 3,000 customers and ensuring they achieve a quality score of more than 80%.
The Coffee Academy
Available to customers nationwide and developed by coffee experts, the Academy is an extensive crop to cup course in coffee education, delivered through our innovative online learning and testing platform, and a number of practical assessments that together culminate in a formal qualification.
