Introducing our delicious signature iced coffee recipe, Caramel Iced Latte with Cold Foam. It’s surprisingly easy to make at home & unbelievably delicious. Creamy, decadent and sure to hit the spot.
Method:
- Dial in your espresso machine & pull 2 shots of espresso
- Mix the espresso shots with caramel syrup whilst hot, give it a gentle stir & set aside.
- To make the ‘Cold Foam’, mix 2 parts heavy whipping cream with 1 part milk and some caramel syrup, whip until doubled in size but still runny.
- Add ice to a glass, pour over espresso mixture, adding a little filtered cold water to suit your taste & top with caramel cold foam.
Now your instagrammable Iced Caramel Latte is ready to serve!
