What is your role at Grinders Coffee?

I’m part of the dedicated and passionate Grinders Coffee Specialist team and I look after our Coffee Partners in NSW and ACT

What is your coffee/ work background?

I’ve had a diverse career, always centred in hospitality and people. I began as a chef in a fine dining restaurant. I made the leap to the travel industry, where I

became an international first-class flight attendant based in the Middle East. Then I fell for the coffee industry about 15 years ago. In that time, I have been a Territory Manager, Coffee Tech, Sales Manager, New Business Manager and now a part of the Coffee Specialist team.

What does good coffee mean to you?

A lot! Few things compare to a perfectly prepared coffee made with care. I particularly love the fact the exceptional coffee in Australia, has travelled so far and passed through so many highly skilled hands for us to simply enjoy.

What is your must have favourite Grinder’s Coffee?

Double shot latte in the morning (also known as my breakfast substitute) with Grinders Source then an espresso during the day, usually with Grinder’s Foundation blend, it’s one of my favourites! Have you tried Grinders Single Origins? There is nothing better than a Single Origin brewed on the V60, perfect in winter and if its Summer, then a Cold Brew. I am really enjoying our Ethiopian Natural Single O. Put it in your basket and try it!

What is your most recent purchase from Grinders Coffee?

A bag of Grinder’s Classic for my home set up it’s my partner Alina’s absolute favourite.
