As a long-term Territorian, I have worked in many different venues. From pubs to cafes. I enjoy working with people and making them smile which is why I love working in hospitality.

Almond latte is my daily go to.
What are your tips to make better coffee?
Most importantly, ALWAYS listen to the customer’s feedback. Did you note the capital letters.
What new trends or changes have you seen coming from your customers or the industry?
People swaying toward alternative milk – there are so many options to choose from now.
Can you tell us about your relationship with Grinder’s Coffee?
Since partnering with Grinders our sales doubled. So, you can say we have a good relationship. We use Source blend which is a smooth, creamy, organic blend that’s also rainforest alliance certified.

What’s your favourite menu item from your cafe?
Do I have to choose just one? My favourite sweets are the Chocolate brownie and savouries are the Curry Pie and Vegemite Scroll.
